Dear sir,

Myself Pratik Parashar bought a handset of blackberry model 8520 curve... as soon as i opened on the very first day as i opened it there was a hardware problem.i went to the shop from where i brought he told me the procedure which was 10 days long..after 10 days i got new handset which has same problem as the old one as soon as i opened it i found it has same problem..i am staying far away from where i bought my handset because i am doing engineering far awy..so it is too difficult for me to go again and again there to file a complain against my handset..how many times new handset would have same problem..??? i would have too wait for 15-15 days again and again..even then they r not giving the right information and handset... i would not tolerate this why would i wait for so long and still not getting my handset..again in new handset they r giving same problem..i want you to take strict action and issue me a new handset very soon..i would not wait 15 days again and again..
