Not satisfied with servicing

I have Blackberry 9300 i had purchased two months back in which scroll is not working, camera is showing error, and low audible voice.i had visitied authorized service centre varad electronics in vashi. they had replaced my cell after 20 days, but still giving same problem.

I need my mney back as i no more want to use this cell
