Trackerpad not working and not being attended

I bought a bb curve9300 on 29/9. 21 days back the tracker pad stopped functioning for the second time. gave the phone 21 days back to ganesh times ponda goathe place i bought it.

spoke 7 times to them and they politely told me they are yet to receive status of the same. this evening they put me on to a sales person of the distributor for goa (regal) named SRIRAM WHO IN THE LOCAL vernecular tried using strange tones and words and told me that as a policy 15 days are required to service and there is no need to get exicited about such things. is this how blackberry wants to treat it's customers??? is this how we are responded to when we have the patience to wait.my name is Sashi Prabhu and my cell no is 9765405622.can someone in black berry please help me out and put some sense into regal to appoint smart people to handle customers and at least be kind and concerned about their customers?
