Ive been sent a defective phone, one that i paid around 14000 for, same that i’d pay to a dealer. I just wanted someone to bring it home so I decided to do it online. I’ve ordered stuff online
from other companies before and its always fine. First time with HOme Shop 18
Now, theyve sent me a defective Blackberry that i can do nothing about because the home screen doesnt display. i can’t use all the applications. Also, on top of that, theyve sent a color ACCORDING TO THEIR CHOICE. On the picture, its black, but hey! what color you might get, no one knows. Home shop decides that for you because They are god, and youre slave. You pay them and they do you a favor. That’s how they made me feel when I called in saying I didn’t get the right color.
The lady I spoke to tells me "mam if you wanted a product of your choice, you should have directly purchased it from blackberry, this is home shop 18". SERIOUSLY? Wow, I think i'm not smart I never knew blackberry sold blackberrys?? hmm... Whats the point of having Home shop 18 then?
I got even more angry when my phone stopped working after 2 hours of delivery. Its stuck on this screen, I can't move it, I can barely use it. Now I'll be buying another brand new phone, THIS TIME FROM BLACKBERRY, (thanks for the advice Home Shop 18 rude lady!!), and so bascially I ended up paying double of rs. 28000 for a phone that should easily cost 14000 only. I am HUGELY DISAPPOINTED.
I don't think home shop realizes what its done. Not only have you lost me as a customer forever, but theres a huge line of customers behind me, my friends, my family, a total of 1000 people who will not purchase from you and who themselves will tell their own family friends not to buy from you. Probably a total of 1 lakh customers is what you've lost just by presenting false information and defective products to ONE consumer. Congratulations!
When I called prior to purchasing the product, I was told this is a real blackberry and it comes directly from the company, when I call again after i receive the product, the lady clearly says it doesn't come from the company it comes from a third party.
So basically, you lied when you wanted to sell the product and now that you have my money, you're not bothered if the phone is broken, unusable, etc.
When i called to say it was defective, the guy told me to use my warranty. Seriously? So i shoudl be taking a defective phone from you, paying the same I would to the dealer (COMPANY BLACKBERRY as the home shop lady says), yet I shoudl be running around ALL OVER THE CITY getting it fixed?
When i pay, i want a brand new product not one that's broken. This is the first place I'm writing this review, from here its going to my blog, as well as the media. I'm going to contact whoever I can to let the world know not to purchase from here.
Everyone works hard for their money and when we pinch every penny to buy that one thing we want, we want it perfectly. and if you cannot deliver perfection, you don't deserve to be in this profession, sorry to say but your service is terrible, and to top it off, you're not the most honest in the business.
