Dear Sir/Madam
My Blackberry service commenced on 15th August. Since today the 17th of August, I have no service. Both Airtel which is my service provider and Blackberry itself are being of no help whatsoever. I have tried to get the issue sorted at both places and keep going around in circles as both try to pass on the responsibility to the other. What I fail to understand is that when I call on the number given by them they refuse to acknowledge that I have called them. The number both Airtel and Blackberry give is 9871427070. However every time I call them they keep telling me to call the same number again.
I have been unable to send or receive mails all day now and it's hugely disappointing besides being detrimental.
