I had given my handset (bb curve) which is under warranty for repair of the above mention problem 0f keypad not working at Hyderabad redington customer care who promised that it can be repaired at Bangalore as there was no service in Hyderabad. The mobile was recieving messages and calls only issue was the keypad was not working..After ten days they told me that the mobile is irrepairable ans the mobile non operational and the data is lost. The mobile is still in the warranty period as it was bought in last october. I request the blackberry authorities to take necessary action against and do justice.
