I lost my blackberry made mobile hand set on 22-3 when I was at the NRI section of the Adoor branch of the State Bank of Travancore. It is possible to identify the thief from the cctv image record of the bank. The Theft was occured betwee 01.30pm and 01.36pm. But the bank authorities have took nothing action to retrieve the stolen mobile phone.
