I AM AN UNFORTUNATE USER OF BLACKBERRY CURVE 8250.I BOUGHT IT ON 30TH APRIL.HARDLY FIVE MONTHS OLD, ONE FINE DAY THE TRACKPAD STOPS WORKING.AFTER LOT OF DIFFICULTY I FOUND THAT THERE WAS THIS REDDINGTON SERVICE, FAR FROM MY HOUSE, FORTUNATELY IN PUNE ITSELF.I WENT THERE ON 20TH AUGUST FOR THE TRACKPAD ISSUE.FROM THERE I CAME TO KNOW THAT PHONE NEEDS TO GO TO MUMBAI FOR TRACKPAD REPLACEMENT .IT TOOK 12 DAYS AND I GOT MY PHONE BACK FINALLY ON 2ND SEPT.
NOW THERES A NEW PROBLEM, THE RINGTONES BEEPS ARE TOTALLY OFFF... AGAIN INCONVINIENCE... I CALLED UP THE CALL CENTRE, BUT DONT THINK ANYONE COULD GIVE ME THE PERFECT SOLUTION.NOW I CALLED UP THE SERVICE CENTRE AGAIN, THEY TELL ME TO GET THE PHONE TO THEM.
MY QUESTION IS: HOW COME A NEW PHONE WHICH HAS JUST ARRIVED AFTER 12 DAYS FROM SERVICE CENTRE, NEEDS TO BE CHECKED AGAIN??? //ARE BLACKBERRY HANDSETS DEFECTIVE...??? CAN MY HANDSET BE REPLACED.I AM FEDD UPPP WITH BLACKBERRY AND REDDINGTON SERVICE.MY PHONE NUMBER IS 09326739676.
