Dear Sir,
I ordered a product (Order#201007241917175) from Indiatimes on 24th of July. It's been 16 days now and im still waiting for it. I called the call center almost about 30 times. Nobody seems to know the reason for the delay. All I get is lies. I called on 7th of August, I was told that it's out of stock. Then I call back in 5mins on the same day and Im told it's been dispatched and will receive it by monday.
Its tuesday today and now im asked to wait for another 7 working days to receive it. None of the agents seem to understand english and sound scripted like Robots.
When I was ordering the product I asked the agent if it has a Wifi because the newspaper did not say that. He said yes, it does have a wifi & they are offering me strom2. I also complained about this and gave the date and time I called so that they can listen in to the call, but nothing seems to work. I was also told that I will receive the product in 5 working days when I ordered it.
Every time I call im asked to wait for 7 working days. Im trying to seek legal help on this.
