I HAD ORDERED A BLACKBERRY STORM 9539 WITH 3G FROM NAAPTOL.COM COSTING RS, 12190/- VIA CASH ON DELIVERY, REFERRING TO THEIR ADVERTISEMENT IN TOI, WHERE YOU HAVE MENTIONED TO GIVE NEW PRODUCT (PHONE) ALONG WITH SOFTWARE CD, CHARGER, EAR PHONE AND BATTERY. I HAVE RECEIVED THE PARCEL ON 3-02 THROUGH BLUE DART COURIER. HOWEVER, WHEN I OPENED THE PARCEL I FOUND A REFURBISHED PHONE, ALSO THE EAR PHONE AND SOFTWARE CD WERE MISSING. WHEN CONTACTED TO THE CUSTOMER CARE @ 9223516148., YOUR EXECUTIVES HAVE INSTRUCTED ME TO RETURN BACK THE PRODUCT AND HAD PROMISED ME TO GIVE A REPLACEMENT. I RETURNED BACK THE PRODUCT ON 9-02. WHEN CONTACTED THE CC ON 15.02. THEY SAID, THAT THEY ARE YET TO RECEIVE THE INFORMATION. I CALLED AGAIN ON 5.03.2011 AND THE CC EXECUTIVE SAID THAT THEY HAVE RECEIVED THE PRODUCT ON SAME DAY WHICH IS NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE. A COURIER SERVICE DOESN’T TAKE MORE THAN 2 DAYS TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT IN BOMBAY.
IN SPITE OF MANY FOLLOWUPS I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK. IT’S BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH SINCE I AM CHASING YOU, AND EVERY TIME I CALL, I GET TO HEAR THE REPETITIVE FEEDBACK OF TO WAIT FOR 5 WORKING DAYS.
LAST I CONTACTED WAS ON MARCH 18 AND THE COMPLAINT ID NO. IS 529894. I HAVE ALSO RECORDED THE CONVERSATION AS AN AUTHENTICATION. FYI, I HAVE ALSO LODGED A COMPLAINT IN NATIONAL CONSUMER COURT VIDE REFERENCE NO. 270243 DTD. 19.02.2011
PLEASE TAKE NOTE IF I DONOT RECEIVE THE REPLY IN A WEEK THEN I WILL BE FORCED TO LODGED AN F.I.R AND ALSO WOULD NOT HESITATE TO DRAG YOU TO CONSUMER COURT. IF THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY OF REPLACEMENT, THEN I WOULD PREFER TO HAVE MY MONEY BACK.
