I bought blackberry torch 9860 on 30th of april and it was having problem that sometimes i could not hear the voice and even ma voice could not b heard on other side and used to get hanged usually after restarting my phone that too after taking battery out .i complaint regarding this to the shop from where i bought it they got it changed i got new set of same model after 15 days and now the new one is also having the same problem..
