My name is Nikhil Jain. I had purchased a Blackcherry mobile BL 8000 from naaptol.com. Within a month the handset stopped working. Even after charging the phone it did not switch on. So I called at an office of naaptol.com to give the address of the service centre. They gave me the address of Hyderabad. Inspite of that I sent the handset to relative to get it repaired but my relative are going at the mentioned address from last 1 week but the place is always closed. I contacted the office again they are not ready to agree the fact that the place is closed. Help me out. Get my handset fixed or the money refunded back to me.
