This is with regard to the supply & installation of Ducted split Airconditioners of 11 TR – 2 nos and 17.5 TR – 1no for which the project work was given to your dealer Naveen Air conditioner, we had clearly told that they should carry out the work only in night time for which their prop Palanivel had agreed and later they used to work on their own that is working on only weekends and no response during the weekdays not receiving the calls and working as per their wish and convenient time. Before he used to call us hundreds of time for the contract but after that we being customer are calling him.
We had issued PO on 11th January and now its almost 1 month now. The work included only installing the a/c equipment and connecting to the existing duct for which your dealer had promised to complete the job in 10 days and working in night time only. We had made the 50% payment on material and labour as per the dealer request on 28th December but till date the work is not completed.
We had given the contract to Blue Star believing that they would work professionally and would not disappoint us as they are one of the largest companies but really very disappointed and frustrated the way of work. Our employees are struggling and suffering without A/C but your dealer is least bothered.
On 27th January we had given him the PO for providing thermostat 2 nos for which the he told he will complete in 2 days but the work is also pending. If the dealer is not able to complete the job on time and is busy with other projects then why he should take up our project. Blue Star should seriously look into their dealers.
Even blue star doesn’t care for their customers even escalating to them ther is no responce so there is no surprise that their dealer also is not bothered. What is the use of this escalation procedure if no action is taken or we get a reply. Blue star and there dealer has let us very disappointed and they have made sure that we should not go again with blue star a/c for our further requirement. We keep on calling but dealer is least bothered to receive our calls.
Had a very bad experience by going with blue star a/c.
