We are using samsung 1 ton split AC from 2006. Very recently as part of routine servicing we called the service enginner. Immediately the AC which was in working condition stopped working. Another enginner came after a week and told us that power circuit is broken. Since I stay in Mumbai and the AC is in Durgapur, Westbengal my father had visited several times to the servive centre and reveived very annoying behavior from the representative. They suggested to throw the AC in water as nothing can be done. It is not expected from a reputed company like samsung. My request is to convey the message to samsung india to rectify the problem as we can't buy any new AC at this moment.
