Dear Sir,

After listening of more and more name of company blue star.

We have purchased BLUE STAR 1.5 tons window ac from your dealer Named Jagir Electronics Mithapur in March before 1 Month ac is stopped working

service men came and said that the SERKIT is not working and to be replaced .i make the call to the dealer and he said that it may take 3 to 4 days process to replace. I had made daily calls to that dealer and they are now making daily new excuses till dated 29 Aug.

we are facing this problem last 1 month And we are very harassed.

I thought Blue star given best service but after purchasing we realised

Blue star A c service is very poor

Please make the necessary actions
