Ac not working from first day after installation

Dear All,

This mail is in regard to the Blue Star A/c which i have purchased on 6.2.2010 from Garnet Marketing Pvt Ltd installation for which was done on 7.2.10 since then which is not working technicians initially (i.e) on 7.2.10 have confirmed that there is problem with the circuit on 8.2.10 they confirmed that circuit is fine and the problem is with the transformer for which they confirmed me the replacement of the total indoor unit. I have been continuously speaking to the Garnet Marketing and Customer service (18602666666) at last customer service executive has lodged a complaint with the docket number 75453 but seems this problem is just getting dragged rather than getting solved. Have received a call from Mumbai but the thing is my problem is not getting solved.

Pl help me in getting the new unit replacement as its not at all my fault.
