I have 4spilt A/C in our showroom of Bluestar company which are run for 4years, now we have cooling problem in 2A/C.We made a
complaint regarding that and Bluestar engineer visited our shop and also made a service report the no. is 285718, and the person visited
our shop his name is Mr. Punit kumar Singh. He mentioned in his report was Compressor defective and 50 MFD Capacitor peash
defective, dated 15/04/09.From that date till date we made atleast approx 50phone calls in Air Command where we purchased our
A/C and atleast 10 phone calls to Mr. Rathore in Bluestar company. Also we send a fax of this report to Mr. Rathore. We send mail also to Bluestar customer care several time. But still there is no result.
We have bill also and there is 5years warranty in Compressor. Please tell us what is the right way to
solve this problem.
