Software of my phone (Samsung GURU 2130) crashed it was not working. Then, I submitted it to the samsung company officials in sangrur. It was still in guarantee (15 days were left). But the company gave it to me back and the phone was still not working. Then i submittted a complaint on this site. The companymen encouraged me to give my phone in patiala help centre and it will be repared free of cost. But after a month the company gave me my cell back and it was still not repared.
