Dear Sir,

I had purchased a Imate Jama 201 windows mobile phone on 6th of November from Bombay Mall address is given below. vide their Invoice No 840 dt 6-11. But from the first day to till date I found lots of problem in this phone as mentioned under.

1) IMEI No not valid

2) Network Problem etc.

therefor i return back the phone to the seller on 18th of January vide courrier waybill no Aramex Courier No - 6146388776. but till date no replacement has been done. from last one month they had just ignore my call..

Therefor i request you that kindly do the needfull as early as possible. The address of the seller is as follows.
