Dear Sir,
I purchased the mobile Boss e Phone 3300 from NAAPTOL.COM by booking on phone.
The mobile is supposed to be touch screen..Some of it works 2/10 times.some are totally in active.
Its battery also is not charging up with the charger provided with it.
The call center executive with great difficulty gave one address of Bhandup (w), Mumbai to send the mobile back. This address does not match with the one available in the google search which indicates address as near Elphistone bridge, Mumbai.
Please help me out if the product sholud be sent back as I have seen many complaints where this company does not respond at all.
