I had ordered for an BOSS ePhone 3300 thru Naaptol.com on 30th Jan vide Order No - 161621 which was received by me on 8-9 Feb quite on time as commited. As the Product carries the 6 MONTH warranty, found the battery is not functioning for more than 2-3 minutes. The complaintes was launched by Phone On 24th Feb and was promised to deliver the new battery by next 7 days, but no reply till 22nd March
The complaint was launched again on 22nd March thru Phone and Mail, the mail was read and receipt by Amit Kaushik and Deepika Yadav. It's again 7 days has passed but no reply has been receivced.
Beyond the battery problem, had requested for compitable PC Suite for the same phone in order take backups for important infomation of Phone Book & Messages etc. But all in wate basket.
Request you to please help the ePhone users to get proper support in regard to Technical and Product
