I purchased SAMSUNG MOBILE model no: gt-s3770 on 20/10 from ALFA, IRLA, MUMBAI .
After few days I tried to operate WIFI but to my surprise the handset was getting switched-off. Subsequently, I have tried to operate WIFI many times with no success and resulting into SWITCH OFF mode.
Ultimately I had to visit your gallery POPULAR TELECOM, Shop No-1, Gigar chs, Saisingh Chowk, DOMBIVLI (EAST), ctc no: 9892311616. The handset has been handed over on 15Th Nov 11 for inspection. On 17 Th Nov 11 I visited the Gallery and I have been told the handset motherboard to be replaced and deposited my handset under Work Order No.12788 .
Please look into this matter and replace my handset instead of getting repaired motherboard.
