Washing m/c out of order since5-5-10 for drier cycle inoperative .. On complaint, it was attended by authorised service centre of BPL m/s CEMAC (KRSHNA_ PARK) on 17-5- 10 & one RPS switch was replaced by charging Rs 850/- . Just after one wash, it was again down with same problem of drier cycle inoperative. Again after putting complaint, it was attended on 30-6-10 & this time it was told to replace the drum metal drive assembly for Rs 2440/- . ON load trial, it was found that m/c is having abnormal sound & behaviour . again complaint was lodged on 11/7, 13/7, 15/7, 17/7, 18/7, 20/7, but till date it is not attende &rectified. If, this is the after sales service of BPL, who will by their products.
