I purchased the Samsung Split AC in May 06. Ever Since then, right from the installation day to the present day, I have had some or the other problem with this Product. I am a reseller for Computer Products and that was just the reason for me to buy a Samsung product because I believed that Samsung was the other name of Service. But I regret, having made this decision. The AC that I purchased has given me so many problems that I am tired of it.
