SONY / Audio Portable System
Customer care is worst!

I bought the audio portable system in 21 may and since 6 of June the problem had started which is lasting till now.

I have already submitted my system with service center in New Delhi but still waiting for the reply from Sony people, but there is no response from any one. Its almost 1 month above i have submitted my system there but so far no one updated me for the same.

Sony has just a name not the quality, i m being frustrated now to give my feedback to this site, Sony people really don't care for its customer. When i bought this system since then i m facing the same problem, what i am facing now. In this whole year the system never worked well (for which i have given the cost). Now its out of warranty so SONY people making their customer frustrated to get your the problem fixed. NO ONE REPLIES FOR THE ISSUE.

WHO is RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FAULT OF SYSTEM.

I used to think SONY has not only name, has QUALITY. It fights for the quality to give to its customers. But i am disappointed by sony!
