NOT WORKING PROPERLY. NO SERVICE DESPITE REPEATED CALLS

I had bought a Videocon A/C 1.5 Ton Split Model No. G183

S. No. 75006740 from Ashoka Trading Co., Sector-16 Faridabad vide Bill No. 449 dt 25/04/07.

Right from the very start there was some cooling problems with the A/C.

I had given repeated calls but there was no response.

I personally feel that there is some manufacturing defect in the A/C.

Then the climate changed and A/Cs were not required. Now the same problem is persisting.

PLEASE GET IT CHECKED URGENTLY WITHOUT DELAY.

PLEASE GET IT REPLACED.
