We had purchased one Split Airconditioner of 1.5 tone (purchased in the name of MODINAGAR CHAPTER OF NIRC OF THE ICSI), in the month of July from your local dealer M/s. KASHISH ENTERPRISES, Near Modi Temple, Modinagar. Since after purchase of the above said Airconditioner, I had made a number of complaint that there is water leakage problem from the Air conbditioner. But despite several comoplaint to the dealer, the complaint has not yet been attended by the dealer.
I have also made a complaint to the dealer in the last month to check the AC as there is water leaking problem from AC. Moreover the Steplizer attached with the AC is not working smoothly, but despite of several complaint the same has not been attended.
Siince the date of purchase of Airconditioner, no service has been provided by the Dealer inspite of several reminder
You are requested to kindly look into the matter and issue necessary instruction to the dealer to attend the complaint without further delay. The services of the dealer is also very poor.
