I had requested for a corporate Bill plan change from Myhome 299 on 2nd February. When i visited airtel main office at Begumpet, Hyderabad they instructed me to clear off my unbilled amount which was Rs. 466 and i did pay it on 2nd February. After repeated checking from my end with customer care executives, i came to know that i have to keep a security deposit amount of Rs. 500, even this i deposited on 9th February. Even after doing this, till 25th February i am still on Myhome 299 and when i contacted their customer care they asks me to clear of my unbilled amount. Their customer care executive accepts the fact that th fault is from their end, but do not give any solution. As there is monopoly by airtel, these problems will not be solved easily. I am a customer for airtel for past 2 years without any payment default and even then also i have to got through all these pain.
I request you to take this matter and su airtel.
