Disconnection of service whereas validity is upto 22.05.2008

I holding a pre paid connection Number 9213921836 having validity upto 22.01.2008 with grace period upto 22.05.2008. On this basis I got myaccount recharged, however the service on my number has been distcontinued w.e.f. 23.1.2008 with standing announcement on phone that validity of my number has expired w.e.f. 22.05.2008. This is highly unstatisfactory and absolute failure of service of the company. I dont know the service has been discontinued w.e.f. 22.01.2008 when the validity is still operative i.e. upto 22.05.2008
