I HAVE PURCHASED A CARRIER 1 TON A/C ON 17TH OCT, FROM NAYYAR ELECTRONICS, PITAMPURA, DELHI, WHICH WAS INSTALLED SOMEWHERE IN APRIL. AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION, I HAVE FOUND THAT THE SWING IS MISSING. SO I MADE A COMPLAINT REGARDING MISSING SWING. THEN ON 21ST MAY, MY A/C SUDDENLY STOPPED COOLING, SO I AGAIN COMPLAINED. THE TECHNICIAN CAME THE SAME DAY AND FOUND THAT THE GAS HAD LEAKED. THE PROBLEM HAD BEEN RECTIFIED ON THE NEXT DAY. JUST AFTER A WEEK, ON 28TH MAY, MY A/C AGAIN STOPPED COOLING. SINCE THEN I AM CALLING THE CUSTOMER CARE, BUT NO ONE HAS COME TO LOOK OUT. THIS IS THE 4TH DAY AND THEY SAY, WE WILL SEND THE TECHNICIAN TODAY BUT NO ONE CAME SINCE THEN. PLEASE, IF THE PEACE IS DEFECTIVE, REPLACE IT OR DO THE BEST.
THE COMPANY IS GOOD MANUFACTURER OF A/Cs BUT THE SERVICES PROVIDED ARE NOT SATISFACTORY
