Purchased A/C of carrier from startrek electronic in nov & installed in Dec after that there was a problem of cooling or we say cooling is not proper, not better than desert cooler
complaint register many times to customer care center in ahmedabad tele no 26304898, & at startrek electronic
unexpected reply from customer care that Mr Zaveri is on tour you have to wait till his arrival (this is of 18.08.2010), it is better to lock that center if compnay un able to solve the problem without Zaveri & my problem is from Dec. this is my advice not to buy a carrier A/C in future. I had decided to dispose this A/C to Kabadiwala at 50/- per kg.
