My expensive 1 ton AC broke down after 1 day after the expiry of Warranty.

I had sent a mail to their customer service to shown my displeasure at the poor quality of product and also raised some pertinent questions.

I have been following up with the call centre and also lodging online complaints for resolving my issue but i am not getting any response. There is total silence from their side.

After i lost all hope i asked them too give contact details of higher official to which they denied. Their call centre supervisors/Floor incharge promise to give a call back but never ever revert.

In this era of cut throat competition i am appalled to see a company that takes its customers so non seriously.

I feel cheated and humiliated at their callous bahaviour and chronic non response.
