I had purchased an Air Conditioner of Carrier Company in the last week of July. The Company covers the warranty of one year as per the paper speaks. Unfortunately my AC's motor fan has been bitten by the rats. So that i contacted the company customer care but they are denying to cover such cases. And told me that company not covers such risk and the customer have to pay the desired amount. When i told the customer care executive that i am going to lodge a complaint against the company they told me to wait for 24 hours for the response but not responded at all. And it happened twice in a time lag.
Therefore you are requested to assist us with kindness and provide us the pertinent options.
