Purchased an Estrella 1 Ton in April. Since then the fan unit has been making very heavy noise. The dealer says Carrier needs to repair with replacement of spare part, no response from Carrier. Dealer's after sales service is very bad and no responses during the warranty period.
I would not recommend Carrier products to any of my friends and also avoid purchasing any items from this dealer.
Total loss of money time and mental peace.
