Dear CASIO Team,

This is wrt to the watch that i bought on 19/12.. Casio Edifice ED 61 (as written on Warranty card). Dealers Name: Just INVOGUE at Pune Central.

While buying itself i realised that the Strap/Band has a loose link, which distorted the shape of the metallic Strap, but it was told to me that regular use would put that in place and finally it was sold to me. After using it for this time the problem still persists. When i went to the Dealer they tried something and inturn made all the links loose, completely distorting the shape. and was told to me that i need to go to "Laxmi Enterprises". I went there today to find that its a small shop basically having a not so expert person sitting there who cannot even fix a strap problem.. Completely disappointing.. This guy asked me to submit the bill also which i've lost to check the genuinity of purchase. I thought as if i have stolen the watch from someone alongwith the warranty card.. Spoke to your representative Mr Narvekar (Sagar is the first name, i guess), he told me the same. Now i need to go back to the mall and issue a duplicate bill for the transaction and then go back to the service centre for giving it for repair.. which i'll do but Mr Narvekar is saying that it will take 15 days for the repair of the problem and all these days i should be without the watch.. I need to understand, which problem of the strap should take 15 days time (logistics should take 3 days). Totally disappointing, only sweet talks, no material response.. Feels like i made a mistake buying this watch (it was gifted to me by my wife on anniversary).. Otherwise i'd have thrown this watch.. hence forth both of us wud surely have 10 things in mind before buying any CASIO products, forget about recommending..

What i expect:

1. Immediate solution to the problem (4 days maximum, not sure when wud you respond)

2. A spare watch, similar nature, to be given to me all the while when watch is in repair.

3. "just Invogue" is misselling your products and your image..

Its a small issue, but brings a bad name to the corporate image of the company.. "CASIO" till now stood for trust to me..
