Non delivery of sratch card gift

I have purchased a videocon semi automatic washing machine from SHREE N.S.M ENTERPRISES BIRHANA ROAD KANPUR on 20/1 invoice sr no 500 . For this purchase i got a scrach card no VY7129654718516697, a gift of Rs 1000 so i booked a jwellery item, after some time i got jwellery which was damaged so i didnot receive it. NOW my complain is that till date i have not got any jwellery . so please take immediate action for this
