I've already submitted a complaint for my microwave oven (CE1031LFB) which is not working at all.whenever it is switched on, it starts blinking a logo of -se- on its display panel & it starts beeping without functioning at all. i've complained to samsung's customer support but got no response.it's highly unethical & highly unprofessional on samsung's part by not responding to my repeated complaints.i've purchased a samsung product just to get a good after sales service. i wonder is this the way an MNC works?
