I was oredred and purchased 1 blackberry strom 9530 with 3g on 17 nov .from naaptol.

courier agency - aramax.

when they give me handset i was paid cash RS .10098/- .when i open the box handest is problematic, i was call customer care no- 9223516148

executive told me go to blacberry service centre.i told him i want my money refund.but they cant support, and cant provide satisfactory answer to me . i was call that number more than 20 times .last time i was called cutomer care, executive told me courier your handset on
