WRONG BALANCE DEDUCTION

Dear sir,

To the area manager,

REGSSS: Wrong balance deduction

Apropos above I had already informed you that you have wrongly twice deducted Rs.25 & Rs.5 from my a/c. After lodging a complain, Rs. 30 was refunded to my a/c. But again Rs.20 has been deducted from my a/c AT THIS NUMBER (9831153762). For this reason best known to you Please explain & immediately refund Rs.20 (to this number 9831153762) wrongly deducted by you else I shall be compelled to complain to consumer forum & port my number to other network along with 6 other Airtel number of my family member. After complaining you a number of times, each & everyday Rs. 5 is being continuously deducted from my a/c. what is the reason behind it? You need to stop this service. I really feel harassed by receiving such type of inconveniences on behalf of you & complaining again & again. I really didn't expect further inconvenience after talking with you. Day by day i am complaining & very next day again balance will be deducted. Don't I have any other work apart from mailing you people everyday due to DAILY BALANCE DEDUCTION from Airtel. Your early compliance in this regard is highly solicited. Please do the needful.
