WRONG BALANCE DEDUCTION

Dear Sir,

To the area manager,

Reg: Wrong balance deduction

Please refer to my email dated 9-04 wherein I requested you to refund Rs.20 wrongly deducted on different occasion since 05-04. Instead of refunding Rs.20, you have refunded Rs.5 only today. As such you are once again requested to refund the balance amount of Rs.15 as the earliest. Please also let me know the reason for your wrong deduction on regular basis & also ensure no further wrong deduction in future.
