I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator (mastermind, 280L) on October 10. Since the past three month a few spots has developed on the door of the fridge. These spots have gradually increased in number. and since last two week the spots have developed cracks on paint. From some of the of these spots, the paint has started to fall. I have registered the complaint with the customer care at India and the customer service was prompt but did not help at all. Last evening i received a message saying "YOUR CAL HAS BEEN UPDATED AS CUSTOMER REFUSE TO PAY", the service engineer, the customer executive while registering the complaint did not inform that the customer is suppose to pay for the visit. the issue is not the payment but i was not provided with any help regarding the issue for which i had registered the complaints no IN0712003814, IN0712003557. I am willing to pay but the service engineer or the customer executive do not have any thing to tell me regarding the solution to the paint issue.

I am sure the company would take note of the problem and act accordingly... the complaint number will provide the contact details registered with the company. hoping for the best...
