I have booked compliant about the service of chimney plus service of Four burner Gas stove on 07-03011 and the complaint was lodged overphone vide telephone No. 64578096 and the compliant number was given 6635 by the Gilma Service Centre, Hyderabad. Till now, nobody has turned up to repair nor responding overphone. Earlier also, twice I complained but they did not come. This is very bad and the service is very poor because the company is not in Hyderabad and nobody takes responsible.
