No outgoing calls from DOCOMO Card

I have purchased this brand of dual SIM phone, viz. 'Unicair' G-206 model - from Airoli's Sector-8 Tata Indicom's gallery. However, from the day one it was not functioning. Only one SIM car slot was working and the another slot given only for DOCOMO Sim was not functioning, i.e., I was not able to make any outgoing calls from DOCOMO Sim. After enquiry at the Gallery, they informed to their Service Centre either at Thane or Vashi. I have visited Thane Service Centre, viz. C-Com Services. They have check the phone and after 15 days, they informed me that the same is not working - i.e., only Docomo's SIM is not functioning. They have sent a request to their Chiva representative. After the enquiry with Chiva representative, they says that they have not received any approval for this model from China, from where these types of phone are being manufactured.

I would be glad if I receive any positive response from the Forum or Tata Docomo.

I have purchased this instrument being the Tata Brand (poeple goes by the Brand name) and if it is not giving the proper services, then I urge the people not to go for this Brand name either for phone or for SIM Card.
