I HAD PURCHASED A SONY ERICSSON CELL FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL MALL VASHI NAVI MUMBAI ON 13/1/O8 AFTER A WEEK IT GAVE SOME CAMERA AND KEYPAD PROBLEM NOW AFTER TWO MONTHS IT HAS COMPLETLY GONE OFF AND THE SERVICE PEOPLE SAY IT MAY BE A MOTHER BOARD PROBLEM THEY STILL DONT KNOW WHATS THE PROBLEM AND I WAS TOLD TO PAY 70% OF THE TOTAL COST AMOUNTING TO RS 11, 000 TOWARDS THE REPAIR OF THE ABOVE CELL.THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT MY CELL IS UNDER A WARRANTY PERIOD OF 1 YEAR .I NEVER THOUGHT THAT I WOULD BE TOLD TO PAY SUCH A BIG AMOUNT . I REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR HAVING PURCHASED A SONY ERICSSON CELL KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATER AND DO THE NEED FUL.
