Over heat and hang

Espected sir/madam,

since last 3 mounths ago, i had purchased abrand new nokia c7. first mounth it ws alright, when i started using appliations it started hanging..i took it to nokia care they just formet my cell phone and gave it back... after that it started hanging n at the time i use the applications it starts heat and at the time of call also... and there is no battery backup also it works only for 3 to 4 hours... so kindly please think over to my complant
