My complaint number is RNA 110508046068. I bought a window AC on April 21. In the first week of April I got the AC serviced under the warrantly period through LG. The serviced AC was taken on the pretext that there has been a gas leak after which the AC was serviced. The serviced AC was put in the room but was still throwing hot air. Since the AC was under the warranty period, another complaint was made by me, the person told me that there is some problem with the stabiliser. The AC after the second service and change of stabliser worked ok for 10 days. Then I am again facing the same problem and My AC is still having the same problem. This is my third complaint within one month and no one has even replied to my complaint for the last three days. LG is providing horrible services and I am very unhappy with the experience.
