Component problem

I have purchased a colour t.v. CS 21B 500 HL . Product Sr. No. 134032AS8024492 from UNIQUE ELECTRONICS AND GIFT CENTRE, NEW TEHRI.At the time of purchase i have been told that there is a unique feature in my t.v. named component, .that system is not workin in my t.v.. I have comlained several time to the dealer but there is no response.
