I have given Nokia N76 for repair on 8th April Fault reported was - (Display Problem Blank display) Still I have not received the handset, every time I call customer care, they say that its pending due to unavailability of spares and the mobile will be available to you on 21 May 08. I am sure if this repair was charged they would have done the same in one day. SO kindly suggest how to approach Consumer court, how long does it takes to solve the problem. I think I am not the only one experiencing this kind of pathetic service provided by NOKIA. Please help me to teach them a lesson
