My name sachin rai i faced a problem with the nokia dealer which is in NERUL NAVI MUMBAI my cell phone Nokia N73 fell in water i tooked it to nokia dealer first he said it will be done in a week than after a week he said that i have send a phone to head office for rechecking he asked me to come after 2 weeks when i went back he said it cant be repaired i said ok give it to me .he said come tomorrow and take your cell phone when i went back he said i have sent your phone again to head office for last try i asked when ill get it back he said ill call you and let you know ..its been more than 40 days he is having my cell and when ever i call him he give me a silly excuse come after 2 days and so on...
