I bought samsung M600 slider mobile in January and it got malfunction in march i give it to samsung service center to repair this mobile and they return me after repair a scratchy hand set which is not mine i give it which handset that have not a single scratch, i say it to service center people but they show me the serial number which is located in back side under battery, definitely it is mine handset serial number but only base is mine which have not any scratch and upper part of slider which have lots of scratches it is not mine. i got a big bullshit by samsung service center.
